Indexing Dial Machines

An indexing system consists of several stations that execute an operation sequence as defined in the concept design phase of the process. A product is first loaded onto a dial position, which then indexes the product from station to station, performing a dedicated task at each station. The sequence continues until the product is completed or flagged as a reject. Products flagged as rejects are omitted from subsequent tasks and are removed from the batch. For applications requiring a low number of processes, this system has the benefit of fewer fixtures and a simple index drive. Indexing dials can be semi-automatic or fully-automatic.

Indexing Inline Machines

Indexing inline machine is linear and allows for the best tooling access and service of the machine. Indexing with our method is clean, quiet and has gentle motions. Indexing machines allow for products to be transported in a variety of ways, such as individually, in a track, or grouped in a pallet fixture. The pitch, length of indexer and cycle rate would be defined in the concept design phase of the process.  Indexing inline machine more effectively accommodates a larger number of stations than a indexing dial machines. Since the system is linear, outside access to the stations is more convenient.  Additional open stations can be designed in to allow for future expansion.
